l purchased a used Skoda Fabia Estate from Julian, and l was desperate for transport, although there were minor issues and jobs that needed attending to, he got me out of a pickle, and released the vehicle early.
He then carried out the jobs during the following week, collected the vehicle at my work place, and even supplied a courtesy vehicle should the work run over. l have nothing but praise, and l would highly recommend Dunley Car Services. l certainly would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

Bought a new car off Julian and the team back In November and couldn’t be happier. Quick, easy and professional service by all of the team. I did have a slight issue with the car whilst under warranty and cannot fault the team at dunley in how they responded. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Julian & Lewis at Dunley Car Sales. I'm a car nut who's bought lots of cars from all across the UK over the years and these guys sit at the top when it comes to quality of service and stock. The whole experience from initial enquiry through to after sales care is exceptional, I wish 'used car sales' was more regulated and the standard was set at the high level that Dunley Car Sales demonstrate. This is a family run business that offers a comfortable, relaxed buying experience with post purchase support you can actually rely on (not just lip service like most dealers). When buying a 2nd hand car, I want value for money, quality and assurance that if something goes wrong, the warranty that comes with the vehicle is good. Dunley Car Sales have excelled on all fronts. I can honestly say that Julian (the owner) has given me the best customer service that I've ever experienced. I was very happy with my Fiesta, it felt like a new vehicle despite being 13 years old and having 50k on the clock. However, after a month the turbo failed and needed replacing. Julian was outstanding. He gave me options on how to get the repair done and his communication was always immediate and friendly. He obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows. He had a new turbo fitted, which comes with it's own warranty. I would have been happy with a refurb, but he preffered to go with a new one. He was equally helpful when I first looked at the car, handing me the keys and letting me test drive it by myself. Dunley Car Sales all round have been brilliant.

We purchased a Ford fiesta from Dunley car sales after visiting many garages in our search, after reading the reviews online we felt the 100 mile round trip was worth the effort, upon visiting we instantly felt at ease & bought our new car, the car was sold with a 3 month warranty managed by the owner which he explained was comprehensive & any work covered under the said warranty could be carried out by any garage, which suited us fine, during the 3 months the car did not miss a beat, however 5 months down the road the car developed intermittent starting problem, I thought I'd chance my arm by calling the garage as when they took my money they said please keep in touch & let them know if I had any issues....... garages are full of promises when taking your money so I thought what the hell give them a call, upon calling I was gobsmacked when the owner Julian answered the call by Hello Gary how are you both & how's the car!!! I explained the issue & without hesitation offered assistance, help & advise. It goes without saying we will be returning, recommending Dunley car sales in the future.Keep up the good workGary
